Can you replace lenses in any frame? ▼
We fit lenses in virtually any full-rim frame — plastic, metal, designer or generic. Semi-rimless and rimless frames depend on condition. Email us a photo before ordering if unsure.
How long does the whole process take? ▼
After we receive your frames, lenses are completed in 5–7 business days. Add shipping time each way. Most customers receive glasses back within 2 weeks of placing their order.
Is this cheaper than LensCrafters or Costco? ▼
Yes. Single-vision lenses at LensCrafters run $100–$200 and progressives $300–$600. Our single-vision starts at $29.95. You also keep your own frames, saving another $100–$300.
Do you work with designer frames like Ray-Ban or Oakley? ▼
Yes. We replace lenses in Ray-Ban, Oakley, Prada, Gucci, Versace and all major designer brands. Every frame is handled with protective padding during processing.
What if my frames get damaged at the lab? ▼
Damage is extremely rare. If your frames are damaged by our technicians, we replace them at our cost or provide a full refund. We photograph every frame upon arrival.
What prescription information do I need? ▼
You need your current eyeglass prescription (not contact lens Rx) with Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, and Add power for progressives. Enter it at checkout or email it to us after ordering.
Can you replace just one lens? ▼
Yes. We can replace just one scratched or broken lens. Note that replacing one lens may cause slight color or thickness differences, especially with tinted or progressive lenses.
Can I upgrade coatings when replacing lenses? ▼
Absolutely. Add anti-reflective coating, blue-light filtering, Transitions tint, UV420 protection, scratch-resistant hardcoat or polarization — all selectable at checkout.
How do I ship my frames to you? ▼
After ordering, ship frames using any carrier to the address below. Use a padded envelope with bubble wrap and include your order number inside on a slip of paper.
