High-Index Lenses
The thinnest, lightest lenses for stronger prescriptions
What are High-Index Lenses?
High-index lenses are made from advanced materials that bend light more efficiently than standard plastic. This means they can be made much thinner while still providing the same vision correction.
The "index" number (1.67, 1.74, etc.) refers to the refractive index of the material. The higher the number, the thinner and lighter your lenses will be – especially important for stronger prescriptions.
